MARITZBURG ON SUPPORTERS LAUNCH ROADSHOW

Maritzburg United is on a road show launching supporters branches within Msunduzi Municipality.
In the past week, The Team of Choice has launched branches in Wards 26 and 16 respectively.
This initiative is led by the Marketing and Communications Manager, Brian Zuma who said:
"We started this whole excersize with a street parade on the day we played Mpumalanga Black Aces.
"We are capitalising on the partnership we have with Msunduzi Municipality, as we are forming these branches with the help of Councillors in the different wards.”
Zuma believes that local support for the club is growing:
“There is definitely more enthusiasm in the club, so we need to create the buzz and the vibe around the club to an extent that besides the entertainment, potential sponsors can pay attention as well. If we can create at least a minimum of 20 active branches, that will be a job well done,” he concluded.
