Maritzburg welcome Highlands Park to Harry Gwala
01 November 2016

Highlands Park will be playing for the first time at Harry Gwala in the PSL since they were promoted from the NFD to the elite league last season.

Maritzburg United want to welcome them with a home victory which has been elusive since the season started. Of the four games played at home so far, the Team of Choice has only managed to secure two points with draws against Mamelodi Sundowns and Golden Arrows, out of a possible twelve points.

The team from the Capital City demonstrated a lot of character and fighting spirit, coming back from two nil down against Arrows with ten men, to secure a draw. MUFC will come into this game believing that the three points are for the taking.

“We are overdue for victory at home. We showed against Arrows that we can score goals. We have to start collecting maximum points at home and move further up the log. Highlands Park are coming to Harry Gwala at the time when we are very hungry for victory,” said Marketing and Communications Manager, Brian Zuma.

Tickets are available at Computicket at R40 for adults and R10 for children under the age of 12. They are also available at the Club offices on 397 Victoria Rd, at Supersave as well as OK Mini Market in College Rd.

Kick off is at 19h30.
