The Team of Choice will host Chippa United in the Absa Premiership at the Harry Gwala Stadium on Friday night. The match will kickoff at 20h00.
"We are doing everything (at training) and we want to go all out to get our first victory of the season against Chippa," the Ghanaian said.
"Every player here wants to win because we know what is at stake and what the PSL is all about, so we want to start collecting points.
"The guys are doing very well, unfortunately we have been unlucky not to get the results we want but we are working very hard and looking forward to start winning games."
Coach Eric Tinkler and his charges lost 2-1 to Mamelodi Sundowns in their last outing on Saturday night in Tshwane.
Ofori admits that it's also not going to be an easy task against the Chilli Boys. However, he felt they needed the points more than the visitors.
The giant goalkeeper continued: "Its going to be a tough game and the team who wants it more will win.
"At the moment I'm not sure about them, but I can tell you that we want it more because we haven't tasted victory this season.
"So that's why we simply have to win on Friday and one victory will change everything for us."
The Team of Choice have collected two points from the first five league matches of the season.
The Ghana international goal-minder is also thankful for the love shown by the Blue Army fans, who keep on supporting the club even though they have not yet won a game.
Ofori urged them to keep on rallying behind the side.
"They are always behind us and I am proud to say we have the best supporters in the league because everywhere we go they are always there to encourage us," he added. "We really appreciate that and we assure them that things will change.
"They just need to come in numbers to support us like they always do. By doing that we believe victory will be ours."
