The players and coaches were just amazing. Our kids were so surprised to see that members of Maritzburg United were right in front of their eyes. They all loved the opportunity of hearing each player speak, answer questions, join them in pictures and exchange pleasantries during the event”

“We can't stress enough how fun it was to meet, interact and work with the players and coaches. We were all so pleased to see that the players and coaches shared a genuine interest into our line of work, the background of WhizzKids United and how our Health Academy came into existence.

" After giving motivational speeches and taking questions from students (in the RAIN of all things), we were able to give the players and coaches a tour of the Health Academy where we could really show them our operations and answer their own questions about our work.” Added Mitchell.

United Midfielder and Local Boy, Chillies Madondo was thrilled to visit the Whizzkids United Health Academy. “It was great to see the energy and enthusiasm from all the Kids on the Day, Even thou it rained, this did not dampen the spirit of everyone and we are happy to have given back to the community, even in this small way” Said Madondo.
