TEAM OF CHOICE UNVEIL NEW RECRUITS

Maritzburg United are delighted to announce the acquisitions of Karim Kimvuidi, Given Mashikinya, Bonginkosi Makume and Bongani Sam ahead of the upcoming 2022/ 23 DSTV Premiership Season.
Kimvuidi, Mashikinya and Makume all join the Team of Choice on permanent deals whilst Sam arrives on loan from Orlando Pirates.
Kimvuidi arrives from TP Les Anges in the DR Congo, whilst Mashikinya and Makume sign from Royal AM and Baroka FC respectively.
Together with left-Back, Sam, the 26 year old Makume will bring a wealth of experience at the back for the Team of Choice and has signed an initial three year deal. Mashikinya has signed an initial two year deal after his recent performances at Bloemfontein Celtic and Royal AM over the last two seasons.
The highly talented 20 year old, Kimvuidi, will look to make his mark in the DSTV Premiership in an attacking midfield role.
Head coach, John Maduka is delighted at having concluded his first signings at the helm of the Team of Choice.
"We welcome all the new signings to the club and believe that they each have the qualities that we were looking for as we reinforce the squad.
I have had the opportunity to work with some of the signings and have no doubt that they will add value to the club," Maduka elaborated.
"We are looking to recruit a group of talented and committed players who have the desire and ambition to succeed at the highest level," Maduka said.
