TEAM OF CHOICE ASSISTS WITH CLEAN-UP CAMPAIGN

The Blue Army faithful braved the cold and the rain to assist in cleaning up our city Pietermaritzburg.
The Team of Choice in partnership with Msunduzi Municipality, Edendale Mall, Umngeni Water and Rise Up Group led a successful cleanup campaign which commenced from Chapel Street to Chief Albert Luthuli Street. This campaign aimed at assisting in keeping Pietermaritzburg clean.
The Team Of Choice Chairman, Mr Farook Kadodia reiterated the importance of keeping Pietermaritzburg clean and said this was a little contribution that the team makes in giving back to the Pietermaritzburg community.
“This is just our little contribution as a club to the city, so the partnership is very good and the cause that it stands for goes well with the values of Maritzburg United as a football club,” said Kadodia.
A giveway of Maritzburg United FC T-Shirts and tickets for our match vs TS Galaxy scheduled for the 30th of December 2022 at Harry Gwala Stadium was held after the clean-up as a token of appreciation to the fans and community who braced the cold and the rain and came to the clean-up campaign.
