DE GOEDE SIGNS WITH TEAM OF CHOICE

Maritzburg United Football Club are delighted to announce the new addition of defender Rafiq De Goede.
The former Stellenbosch Football Club skipper’s athleticism makes him a quick and physical centre-back.
Rafa will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge around our players. His physicality, aerial dominance and sound defensive craft makes him a complete centre-back.
"I am really excited to join the Team of Choice. I have settled well in the team and coach Fadlu and the players have welcomed me with open arms. My main priority is to assist the team to get back to the winning ways,” concluded the defender.
Maritzburg have also signed right-back Wayde Jooste.
